Retention is as Much a Problem as Hiring in the Restaurant Sector

Difficulties with hiring staff are all over the news of late, but for the restaurant industry, employee retention is an equally large issue, according to a recent article from QSR. Author Danny Klein reports a number of important statistics from a Hospitality Compensation Expectations report that restaurant owners would be wise to use as they create their plans moving forward.
